  1. Newbie here…trying to buy what Chris says because my hair already feels better. I’d also like to try the Redken bonding treatment for damaged hair recommended in this video. Are they still making it? Can’t find it anywhere like the bottle shown. Thoughts?

  2. Olaplex has done wonders for my once bleached hair. People use it incorrectly. The best way to use Olaplex is to think of it as a bond-repair system, not a moisture system. Use Olaplex No.3 as a weekly pre-shampoo treatment on damp hair to repair internal damage, then shampoo with Olaplex No.4 and follow with Olaplex No.5 to smooth and protect the cuticle. Because Olaplex focuses on strengthening rather than hydration, itโ€™s important to alternate Olaplex shampoo with a true moisture shampoo on other wash days to prevent dryness. After washing, apply a small amount of Olaplex No.6 as a leave-in to control frizz and add softness, and finish with Olaplex No.7 on the ends if needed. Used this way, Olaplex repairs and maintains hair bonds while moisture products keep the hair soft, flexible, and healthy.
