Aquaphor? Doesn’t that have petroleum oil? I thought that was not good to use

Thank you for sharing. I sometimes have thick dry skin flakes and I exfoliate to remove them. Do you recommend exfoliation? If so, what exfoliation products you recommend. I use Baiden Mitten. It removes dry skin flakes very efficiently. Do you have any recommendation for exfoliation products?
I’d love a routine for VERY dry skin and what to avoid, other things that we can do to stay hydrated throughout the day. AM and PM and a budget of $150. With moisturizing wash, toners, serums, night cream, eye cream, and possible occlusive layer (oil or balm) and WITH options. What IS the MOST hydrating night cream and eye cream? I think it’s time I switched to good ole’ Cetaphil to clean my face.
Please do under $35 for a skin care routine please $50 is too much
