  1. Which magnesium type? I take mag glycine at night, 400mg and after 3 months I am waking up more like it no longer is helping. Can we develop a tolerance? Thank you for any feedback you may have!โค๏ธ

  2. I’ve studied the mechanical sides to buy physics. And if I was a woman going through this, the first thing I would do is stop eating sugar that is bacteria that causes all these issues. I would also double up on my magnesium, and I would look at other foods like manuka, honey to help the process there’s only one nutrient in manuka, honey that can’t be found anywhere else in the world get a 1000 hours of study on this idea, but I am busy trying to cure autism. Thanks for sharing your rock star
