here’s how I recommend using rosemary based on the randomized trial study. I still prefer and recommend minoxidil among many other treatments for my patients but rosemary oil is a great affordable option, too! As with any hair loss treatment the goal is to KEEP the hair you have and slow the genetically programed loss. If you get more growth that’s a plus! And just plain Rosemary oil is fine.

Bro stop giving misinformation. Rosemary oil should always be applied with a carrier oil like coconut, jojoba etc.
I tried applying it once rawdog and my scalp was red, itchy af and it felt oike someone was pulling my hair out.
