  1. Hi Dr. Sam ❤ Just wondering if my grapefruit oil would be considered a vitamin C treatment? I use it almost daily with no other vitamin C products but unsure if I need to grab a vitamin c serum? Thanks!!!

  2. My question to you, what happens if you apply 6-12 chemicals daily for 30-40 years? What are the long term effects on the internal system of the body. For instance. Retinoids aren’t carcinogens—but they thin the stratum corneum, increase photosensitivity, create dependence on barrier repair products & lock us into a multi product regimens—because skin cancer. This just feeds the skincare-pharma-cosmetic ecosystem. Sunblock & its harmful toxins have been under scrutiny for decades, in several studies it has been found in breast milk. The FDA has come out and said these trace amounts don’t necessarily prove harm, would you take that risk with your very delicate infant? Not me. I am European & in the EU 1,600+ cosmetic ingredients are banned. Many of which you recommend to your patients and viewers, you also state they should be used daily, for decades. So my question is. Again. Why aren’t endocrine disruptors taken more seriously? Cancer is a real thing, as you state here, it is to be prevented. I’ll also point out that cancer is on the rise not on a decline. Humanity has survived this long without sunblocks and retinoids etc … yet. Cancer. ⬆️ I’d love to know why dermatologists don’t speak about this more. What a silly question. You’d loose your job.
