Simplify Your Routine
With thousands of products out there, ask yourself, what do you really need? Well the basics are a cleanser, a moisturizer, and a sunscreen
Now if you have specific skincare concerns or goals, add a โtreatmentโ between your cleanser and moisturizer/sunscreen step. For example, retinol is a great addition for fine lines, AHAs (glycolic, lactic) are great for textured / bumpy skin, and salicylic acid is amazing for acne
Be deliberate, choose products that work for you, and eliminate products you donโt need
Simplify, save money, AND still have amazing results!

Dr Shah is sooooo much better without the babbling of Dr Maxfield
Thank you
We need this reminder once in awhile
Currently I’m doing only basic and only Azaleic acid for my acne and redness and I’m loving my skin!
I have made a large cut on my face and for that reason have been avoiding all skincare products for a week (note my routine consisted of only 3 products that worked quite well for me – cerave hydrating cleanser, khiels ultra cream and sunscreen) and my combo skin is now glowing and without any bit of redness! It’s interesting how sometimes our skin really needs less.
A bar of soap and sunscreen which is moist , so no need to buy moisturizer.
