  1. I love how you only promote things being sold by the pharmaceutical company that you need a prescription for.

  2. You can see when Peter A. speaks his not clean, money, money, money his a Peter’s mission 😢

  3. Have Attia and Huberman on. Men of science who make it very clear when they’ve invested in things as you even show. It’s wild that you are so happy to sweep away the far more obvious and hidden perverse incentives for big pharma yet put this out

  4. This is anecdotic of course. But my grandfather died at 99 because he decided so (he was bored so he chose to stop eating). He was in excellent health and looked and sounded very young. No more than 80 years old. He took food supplements all the time in the last part of his life because he was afraid of losing his mind. In the end he had terrible short term memory, but excellent long term memory and was still very witty. He would walk often and would read a lot. One day I took him to the emergency room because his tension was high and the medical staff could not believe how youthful he was physically and mentally and had never seen a patient this old who had never had a single treatment for the heart or something else. It wasn’t biological because all his brothers had died pretty young. Maybe he was lucky, but im sure that supplements have helped him in some way.
