  1. Excellent advice but what about a big part of population who have underactive thyroid and take lexothyroxine which means you can’t eat for an hour and no dairy for 3hours as it affects levo absorption!๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  2. Dr Stacy, what would you advise those of us with hypothyroidism to do. I have to wait one hour after taking my medicine to eat in the morning. Should I just go back to sleep? lol
