  2. D3 w K2 and magnesium, B complex, zinc, eat wayyy healthy.. seriously. Sugar alone can set off hot flash sweats, stopped-up sinuses, etc. Eat less.. and slowly, and love yourself. That alone makes you want to protect yourself. Gratefulness to our Creator is #1 – in my opinion.

  3. I just found out that I’m pregnant and I have pcos and I really need help cuz I don’t know what type of prenatal vitamins I’m supposed to be taking any advice would be appreciated
